If God Is My Father and You Are My Brother...

...Then why can't we bother to really reach out and love one another?

Answers in Genesis vs Creation Ministries was sent into arbitration today in the U.S. 6Th District Federal Court.

It seems that both groups were founded to promote the fact that God created everything just as it says in the Bible and if you don't like that you can take your ball and your monkey and go home.

Ken Ham founded Answers in Genesis a few years ago. Through a lot of determination he created a Christian museum of sorts for those of the Anti-Darwinian persuasion. The $27 million facility blossomed and is been attracting tourists to Northern Kentucky.

However on the other side of the world where crocodiles, dingoes and very large spiders run amok, Carl Wieland feels put upon, poorly and has a bad case of the goo-goo. He believes that Ken Ham mislead donors into sending money his way to promote Creationism, instead of sending it to Australia to promote Creationism.

Both men are Darwin-averse and pro-Creationist and are hoping for a piece of that green salad of salvation preferably the kind with the pictures of Ben Franklin.

So these Christian brothers set off to Federal Court to Duke it out.

Let me tell you what! As one who has been involved in a lawsuit in Federal Court, the only folks that win have the letters ESQ after their name.

I think both groups are fools. What difference if God created the world in 6 day or 6,000,000,000 days. I don't care. It doesn't matter. End of story.

The important thing that we need to concentrate on is how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.
